The prices include:
Breakfast buffet, gas, water, electricity, pool towels, towels, linen and final cleaning.
Pool season:
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 - 01/11. In the outer season only one pool is open.
To be paid locally and directly to the owners:
Restaurant: menu a la carte.
Cooking class: on request: 95-115 euro per adult (depending on the number of participants). We organize cooking classes which include the preparation of Tuscan dishes with a professional chef. Each cooking lesson consists of a 3 hour hands-on cooking experience starting in the morning around 10.30 am and ends with a lunch of the food prepared served with wine. We usually do the cooking classes on Monday
Guided bike trip at Chianti Classico, Crete Senesi or Siena on request: the trip will take among 3 - 4 hours - and we have to check regarding the price.
Laundry, wash and dry: 30 euro per load.
Change of towels: 10 euro per person.
Change of linen: 20 euro (queen bed) and 15 euro (single bed).
Baby cot: 10 euro per day.
Pets are allowed: 10 euro per day. Please note the pets are not allowed to stay home alone in the apartment.
NB - Touris taxation:
Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival. The tourist taxation is 1,50 euro per person per night (kids under 12 years not included) and macx 4 nights.
