Gas, water, electricity, heating, aircondition, internet, linen and towels. The kitchen area must be left clean by the client.
The swimming pool is open from 15/5 - 15/10. Opening hours 9am to 7pm.
Deposit: 150 euro (cash - refunded at departure).
Final Cleaning: 65 euro for Abete, Querce and Melograno. 85 euro for Acacia, Sughera, Ginepro, Olivo and Ginestra.
Baby cot and and baby chair: 20 euro per week.
Washing machine: 2 euro per load.
Extra bed: 30 euro per bed per week.
Mountain bike rental: 6 euro per bike.
Rent of pool towels: 10 euro per item per week.
Valliferone can arrange cooking class, wine tasting, beer tasting, truffle hunting, trekking and horse back riding in the area.
Small pets are allowed: 30 euro per pet.
Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival. The tourist taxation is expected to be approximately 1 euro per person per night (kids not included) and a maximum of 10 days.
