The Basilico apartment for 3 to 5 people is located on the first floor.

Here you have a kitchen with a living area, which includes both a dining space and a sofa bed for two people.

Up the stairs from the kitchen you will find the apartment’s bedroom, which has a double bed and a single bed. The apartment has one bathroom, located next to the bedroom, with a toilet and a shower.

Below the apartment, you will find your terrace, which is shared with the Ovilo apartment.

The Ginepro apartment accommodates up to 6 people and is located on the ground floor.

Inside, you will find a living area with a kitchen, dining space and sofa. From the kitchen, you can access one of the two double bedrooms. From the living area, stairs lead up to a loft with two single beds. The apartment also has two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and toilet. Please note that from the loft, you can look down into the living area and one of the bedrooms.

Outside the apartment, you will find the terrace area, which is also used by the Tiglio and Iris apartments. Each apartment has its own table, chairs, and sunshade for shelter.

Ginestra accommodates 2 persons.

The apartment is arranged over two levels and is somewhat secluded. It features a living area with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment has two terraces, one of which opens onto the private garden.

Iris accommodates up to 4* persons.

The apartment is located on the first floor and features a living area with a sofa bed and a kitchen. In addition, there is a double bedroom with a double bed that can be separated into two single beds. There is also another bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed, which the owners recommend for a maximum of one adult and one child*. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Outside the apartment, you will find the terrace area, which is also used by the Tiglio and Ginepro apartments. Each apartment has its own table, chairs, and sunshade for shelter.

*The 4th person has to be a child maximum of 12 years old. 

Malva accommodates 4 persons.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and features a living area with a dining space and a sofa. In addition, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed made up of two single beds pushed together, and the other with two single beds. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Outside, there is a private garden where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings.

Apartment Olivo accommodates 2 to 4 persons.

The apartment features a living area with a dining space, a kitchen, and a sofa bed suitable for two people. In addition, there is one bedroom with a double bed (the beds can also be separated into two single beds). The apartment has a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. 

Below the apartment, you will find your terrace, which is shared with the Basilico apartment.

Rosmarino accommodates 3 - 5 guests.

In addition, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment also has a private garden with space for outdoor seating.

Salvia accommodates 5 persons.

The apartment is arranged over the ground floor and first floor and features a living area with a dining space and a sofa.

In addition, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed made up of two single beds pushed together, as well as a single bed in the same room. The other bedroom has a French bed measuring 140 cm in width. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Outside, there is a private covered garden area where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings.

Tiglio accommodates 6 - 8* persons.

The apartment is the largest on the property and is located on the first floor. It consists of a living area with a kitchen and a double sofa bed.

In addition, there is one bedroom with a double bed, as well as another bedroom with a sofa that can be converted into a bunk bed. On the loft, there is a French bed measuring 140 cm. The apartment has two bathrooms with a shower and toilet.

*The 7th and 8th guests must sleep on the sofa bed in the living area and must be children aged up to 12 years.
