The owner are happy to put in extra beds in the living room to the 3. and 4. persons, please mention this at the booking. The extra beds are for children under 11 years.

Gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, linen changed weekely and internet in the common area.
Baby cot available for free (have to be orderd in advance.)
The swimming pool is open between 1/4 - 18/10.
Inventory deposit: 150 euro (cash - refunded at departure).
Central heating in winter upon use (5 euro per cubic meter).
Common laundry room: 5 euro per load.
On request (01.04 - 01.10) Tuscan dinners organized by the owners in the common room by the pool. The price range from 30 euro per person (drinks included) for adults and from 15 euro for children under 11.
For sale, extra virgin oiive oil produced in the estate.
Pets are not allowed.
Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival. The tourist taxation is expected to be approximately 1 euro per person per night (kids not included) and a maximum of 10 days.
