The prices include:
Gas, water, electricity and entrance to the campsite in Marina di Bibbona + use of all facilities: pool, babypool, kids activities, playground, restaurant and bar.
It is recommended to wear a bathing cap in the pool.
Parking for 1 car per apartment. Upon request additional to be communicated in advance.
Pool season:
The swimmingpool is open between May - October.
To be paid locally and directly to the owners:
Deposit: Copy of credit card.
Final cleaning: Apartmens for 4 - 6 pers.: 90 euro / Apartmens for 4 pers.: 80 euro / Apartmens for 2 - 4 pers.: 70 euro.
Bed linen (mandatory): 15 euro per set per person.
Air condition: 12 euro per day or 80 euro per week.
Heating (winter) - Apartmens for 4 - 6 pers.: 150 euro per week / Apartmens for 4 pers.: 120 euro per week / Apartmens for 2 - 3pers.: 100 euro per week.
Baby cot and high chair: 25 euro per week.
Washing machine: 4 euro per wash included soap.
Bicycles: Can be rented for 50 euro per bicycle per week (to be booked in advance).
Oil tasting from own production. Weekly aperitivo with local wine and food.
Pets are not allowed.
NB - Tourist tax:
Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival.
