Agli Olivi is a lovingly restored and simply furnished villa, situated in the hills south of Lucca towards Pisa. Surrounded by olive groves and with no immediate neighbours, the villa offers complete privacy, a private swimming pool, and several spacious terraces overlooking the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

The villa features an inviting swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 0.80–2.40 m, with internal steps) surrounded by sun loungers. The spacious, fenced garden is lush with a variety of trees, flowers, and shrubs. An outdoor shower is available by the pool.

Please note that the last 900 metres of the access road is partly unpaved.

Interior

The main house comprises an entrance leading into a dining room with a dining table, chairs, fireplace, and TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet, as well as a utility room.

Stairs lead to the first floor, where there is a single sofa bed on the landing. At the end of the hallway, a door opens onto a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the surrounding hills. This floor also offers one bedroom with a French double bed (140 cm wide), one bedroom with a French double bed (130 cm wide), and a bathroom with an enclosed shower, toilet, and bidet. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

An external staircase leads to the lower-ground-floor annex, which features a living area with a kitchenette, a double sofa bed, one bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The floors throughout the property are finished in traditional terracotta tiles.

The Local Area

Although the villa enjoys a peaceful countryside setting, both a local grocery shop and a restaurant are located nearby. Agli Olivi is also perfectly situated for exploring Tuscany's famous art cities, with Lucca just 10 km away. Pisa, Florence, and the Tuscan coast are all within easy reach, making them ideal destinations for memorable day trips.
