The villa enjoys a wonderful elevated position above the rolling hills of Monferrato, in the tiny village of Cavatore. This charming hamlet consists of only a few houses and residents, but most importantly, it is home to two excellent restaurants that are highly recommended for enjoying authentic local cuisine.

The moment you step into the garden, you will be captivated by the beautiful private swimming pool (3 x 9 metres, depth 1.4 metres), surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and parasols. The carefully designed garden creates a peaceful atmosphere where you can fully relax and enjoy the surrounding nature.

The garden is completely private and enclosed, making it the perfect place to unwind, enjoy long summer days, and spend quality time together with family and friends.

Step inside Villa del Martello and you will immediately notice the elegant Nordic-inspired design. The interiors combine simple, stylish furnishings with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while original architectural details such as beautiful vaulted ceilings add character and charm to the villa.

With approximately 200 m² of living space spread over two floors, the villa offers plenty of room for a family or group of up to 10 guests.

On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms, one bathroom, a bright and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher and a large refrigerator, as well as a comfortable living room. From this level, you have direct access to the terrace, which is likely to become the favourite spot for enjoying long lunches and dinners together while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

The first floor features the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with an additional living area that opens onto another terrace. The bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay during the warm summer months.

The nearest restaurant is only 300 metres from the villa, making it easy to enjoy delicious local meals without having to travel far. In Cavatore, you will also find a small local shop and a bar for everyday essentials and a relaxed drink.

For a wider selection of shops and services, drive just 2–3 km to Zona Bagni on the outskirts of Acqui Terme, where you will find a larger supermarket, petrol station, and additional amenities.
