Lovely villa settled between the sea and wine yards

Villa Val delle Vigne accommodates 12–16 guests, distributed across 6 bedrooms. The villa is perfectly located between vineyards and the sea, and only 8 km from Grosseto.

The layout of the villa

The villa is spread over 3 floors. On the first floor, you will find 6 bedrooms, all with double beds. Two of the bedrooms have balconies, and three of the bedrooms also have double sofa beds, providing additional sleeping possibilities. All 6 bedrooms are equipped with a refrigerator, safe, satellite TV, internet connection, and wardrobes.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room with large sofas, TV, fireplace, and a guest bathroom. In addition, there is a dining room with a large dining table and chairs for 16 people. The ground floor also features a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, and direct access to the terrace.

The lower floor offers a spacious living area decorated in a charming country style. Here you will also find a TV, stereo system, game tables, billiards, a fitness area, 2 bathrooms, and a Turkish bath with a relaxation area.

The outdoor area

Villa Val delle Vigne is surrounded by a large private park with 3 different swimming pools. There is an adult pool (7 x 12 m), a separate children’s pool (4 x 8 m), and a pool with hydromassage (3.5 x 2 m). At the pool area, you will also find a sun terrace where you can relax together while enjoying the peaceful nature surrounding the villa.

There is both a barbecue and a pizza oven available, allowing you to prepare meals outdoors while enjoying the beautiful surroundings from the covered terrace.

If you are celebrating a special occasion – or simply celebrating that your holiday has finally arrived – it is possible to book a chef who will come and prepare an authentic Tuscan dinner for you. Please remember to request this before your arrival.

The surrounding area

Within only a 30–40 minute drive, you can reach some of Tuscany’s most beautiful beaches, including Cala Violina – a small, protected bay with crystal-clear water and white sand. It is the perfect place for a day of sunshine, swimming, and a picnic. The coastal town of Castiglione della Pescaia is also worth a visit, with its historic castle, lively marina, and charming restaurants.

You are staying in one of Italy’s renowned wine regions. The area around the villa offers many smaller wineries and olive oil producers, where you can enjoy guided tours and tastings of both wine and olive oil – often directly with the producers themselves. Many places also offer dinners among the vineyards, where you can enjoy Tuscan specialities while watching the sunset over the landscape.

Only a short drive from the villa, you will find Parco Naturale della Maremma – a large nature park with beautiful hiking trails through pine forests, coastal landscapes, and viewpoints overlooking the sea. Here you can experience a more untouched and authentic side of Tuscany, perhaps spot some local wildlife, and enjoy a picnic surrounded by nature.
