The Villa's outdoor area

The villa, approximately 180 m² spread across 3 levels, offers charm and beautiful details both indoors and outdoors. Outside, you’ll find the cozy pool (10 x 5 m - 1.8 m depth) where you can relax on the sunbeds or seek shade under the lovely olive trees, which also add to the charming Italian atmosphere. The pool area is situated on a plateau, offering a stunning view of Cinque Terre and the Mediterranean Sea.

Connected to the villa, just outside the kitchen, is the covered terrace where you can sit down for dinner, enjoy a drink, or play a game. There is also a small outdoor kitchen with a grill, allowing you to prepare meals al fresco and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The villa's grounds are divided into several levels, but from every level, you can enjoy beautiful views.

The villa is situated on a hill, and you’ll need to walk up about 50 steps to reach it. The car is parked in a designated parking area in Tellaro. Right next to the stairs leading up to the villa is one of the best restaurants in Tellaro, and across the street is another, offering plenty of dining options just a stone’s throw away.

The villa features a lovely, well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, creating an open and inviting space. On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms. One has a double bed, a fan, and its own balcony. The second bedroom also has a double bed, a fan, and a fantastic sea view.

Downstairs, in the basement, there are two additional bedrooms. One has a double bed and air conditioning, while the other has two single beds and also features air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with a shower.

Things to do in the area

About 200 meters from the villa is Tellaro, a small and picturesque fishing village where you can take a stroll through the narrow streets and enjoy the authentic atmosphere. The sea can be reached within about a 15-minute walk in the opposite direction, where there is access to a beach. The area where you stay is elevated, and the winding roads leading up to it are a journey in themselves, offering breathtaking views that reveal themselves with almost every turn. There are several private villas here, but also tourist hotels. There are also beautiful beaches in Lerici and San Terenzo, both offering fantastic opportunities for swimming and sunbathing.

You can also venture to the historic town of Sarzana, known for its beautiful old buildings and vibrant markets. Or explore Lerici, famous for its stunning bay and impressive fortress, which sits high above the town with a fantastic view of the sea and surrounding areas. Lerici is also home to beautiful beaches and a lively harbor, where you can enjoy local seafood dishes and take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque coastline.

Tip for a trip to Cinque Terre

You can take the ferry to Cinque Terre, which offers spectacular views of the coastline and the colorful villages. Alternatively, you can take the train from La Spezia to Cinque Terre and experience the five picturesque villages, known for their colorful houses and dramatic cliffside views. The famous hiking trail, Sentiero Azzurro, provides breathtaking views of the sea and the small villages.
