At first glance, the villa appears modest from the outside, but as soon as you step through the front door, you are welcomed into a home that has been the heart of good living for many years. Here, charm and history come together in a rare combination that will immediately make you feel at home.
Description of the villa
The villa of 300 m2 has been lovingly restored and spans three floors. It retains its original charm with beautiful terracotta tiles, handmade bricks, and details that speak of its long history. At the same time, modern conveniences have been added to ensure a comfortable stay. The villa features many stairs, making it unsuitable for guests with mobility challenges.
Main House: Spread across three floors, the main house includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living areas, and the kitchen, which is the heart of the home. The kitchen, with its unique charm, is fully equipped and offers direct access to the pool area and barbecue space – making cooking an absolute pleasure.
Annex: Located on the other side of the pool area, the annex provides an additional bedroom, a sofa bed, and a bathroom – ideal for those seeking extra privacy.
The views and outdoor living
The terrace between the main house and the annex is a highlight of the property. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Monferrato’s rolling hills and valleys. In the evenings, the terrace becomes the perfect spot for al fresco dining as the sunset paints the landscape in warm hues.
The pool area is designed for relaxation, featuring sun loungers, umbrellas, and a covered barbecue area with a large dining table – ideal for cozy meals and social gatherings. The pool size is 3 x 9 m and depth 1,4 m.
