The Villa's Outdoor Areas

Here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Sicilian mountains and the sea while relaxing in the swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 1.4 m), soaking up the sun on the loungers or sitting beneath the covered terrace.

Next to the pool, you will find a beautiful large tree that provides welcome shade, but also adds to the authentic Italian atmosphere of the setting.

From the pool area, a pathway leads to the covered terrace, where you will find the outdoor dining area located next to the charming yellow villa.

The Villa Interior

You enter directly into the living area, where you will find comfortable sofas, a dining area and a kitchen equipped with a hob, oven and refrigerator with freezer compartment.

From the living area, you access the villa’s two bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The villa also includes one bathroom with shower.

Fortunately, the beautiful views can also be enjoyed from inside the villa, so you do not have to miss out on the scenery while preparing meals or relaxing indoors.

The Surrounding Area

When you feel like exploring beyond the villa, it takes approximately 7 minutes by car to reach the nearest small pebble beach.

The villa is also located close to Scopello, a charming historic village filled with restaurants, bars and shops. Within easy driving distance, you can also discover the Zingaro Nature Reserve and the historic town of Erice.

The nearest supermarket is located 2 km away, and the closest restaurant/bar is approximately a 10-minute walk from the villa.
