Villa Rosa dei Venti accommodates 6–7* guests and offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The Villa's Outdoor Areas

This is a place where you can truly appreciate the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 1.4 m) is located next to the villa and is surrounded by a stone wall, with trees providing welcome shade.

Sun loungers and parasols are also available, allowing you to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings after spending time in the refreshing pool.

Outside, you will also find an outdoor kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals while taking in the beautiful views.

The Villa Interior

You enter directly into the villa’s cosy living area, where you will find a sofa, dining area and kitchen equipped with a hob, oven and refrigerator with freezer compartment.

As mentioned, the villa offers three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third bedroom features a bunk bed with space for two guests. The villa also includes a bathroom with shower.

The Surrounding Area

Sicily has so much to offer, and although it may be tempting to simply stay at the villa and enjoy everything it provides, there is also a wonderful island waiting to be explored.

The nearest beach is approximately a 10-minute walk away, so when you need a change from the swimming pool, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is also located close to Scopello, a charming historic village filled with restaurants, bars and shops.

Within easy driving distance, you can also discover the Zingaro Nature Reserve and the historic hilltop town of Erice.

The nearest supermarket is 2 km away, and the closest restaurant/bar is approximately a 5-minute walk from the villa.

Villa Rosa dei Venti is a charming little villa with green shutters, ready to welcome your family or friends to an unforgettable holiday on beautiful Sicily.

*The 7th guest can be accommodated on an extra bed, available at an additional cost of €200 per week or €40 per day. Payment is made directly to the owners upon arrival.

The prices are incl.

Electricity, gas, water, wifi, departure cleaning, bed linen and towels (including pool towels), AC in the bedrooms and a small welcome gift.

Waste soring is an important matter in Italy, and it must be sorted correctly just like in Denmark. If you are unsure how to sort the waste, please ask the owners.

Pool season:

The swimming pool is open from 1 April to 3 November

Paid locally and directly to the owners:

Deposit (mandatory): 300 euros (cash)

Late check-out (until 2pm): 70 euros (to be booked in advance).

Extra bed (on request): 200 euros per week.

Extra cleaning: 100 euro (on request).

Extra change of towels and bed linen. 60 euro (on request).

Welcome package consisting of bread, different types of biscuits, meat, eggs, tuna, cheese, pasta, pasta sauce, milk, jam, croissant, hazelnut cream, fruit and juice: 60 euros per person. package.

Cot (on request): 50 euros per week.

High chair (on request): 50 euros per week.

Shopping services: 40 euros + the amount of the voucher.

Heating: according to consumption (paid only in the cold months).

Pets are allowed (on request): 50 euros per Pet.

NB - Tourist tax:

A tourist tax is added, which is a small amount that must be paid directly at the country house on arrival.
