The villa’s outdoor area

You’ll be staying in the hills of Monferrato, where the view opens up to the many green shades of nature. Here, you don’t just get vineyards like many of our villas in Piedmont.

Outside, you have a terrace where you can enjoy the landscape. There’s plenty of grass, perfect for picnics, playing ball, or searching for four-leaf clovers.

Normally, pools are ready for use, but here the owners are in the process of building one, which is expected to be completed by summer 2026. In the photo gallery, you can see how the pool will look once it’s finished.

The interior of the villa

The renovated villa is decorated in classic Piedmont style, where Scandinavian simplicity meets Italian warmth. You still get the charm of the exposed brick walls, which in some places stand raw and decorative. The beautiful ceilings flow through the villa, creating a special atmosphere – one of my favorite details in the villas here in Piedmont.

In the living area, you’ll find sofas by the fireplace, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and blender.

The villa has three bedrooms, two with double beds, while the last room accommodates three people*, two of whom should be children in the bunk bed. The two bathrooms are beautifully renovated and stylish, both with shower and toilet.

Experiences in the area

The villa is peacefully located about 7 km from the charming spa town of Acqui Terme, where you can enjoy thermal baths, cozy cafés, and local markets. The area around Castelletto d’Erro offers forested hills and wine landscapes, perfect for cycling or hiking with views over the valley.

Visit the small villages with medieval churches and local farm shops, where you can taste Dolcetto d’Acqui wine or enjoy a picnic surrounded by nature. For children, there’s space to play and explore, away from the busy tourist spots.

When evening falls, you can head to Acqui Terme and choose between traditional Italian food at a family-run restaurant or a gelato under the stars. All in all, you’ll find both peace and experiences right outside your door – perfect for a holiday filled with togetherness, nature, and authentic Italian moments.
