Beautiful stone villa with a pool in Tuscany

Villa Orchidea has room for 8 people, divided into 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Villa Orchidea is located on the terrace hills, between Lucca and Florence, 550m above sea level. While staying in the villa, you will enjoy breath-taking views into the valley of Lucca and Valdinievole and you will be surrounded by olive groves. 

The villa is 200 square meters, it has 2 floors and consist out of 3 bedrooms, which can fit up to 8 people. The interior of the villa is in modern style with beamed ceilings and well-cared furniture. On the ground floor you can find fully equipt kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher that is connected with dinning area which consists out of large table and chairs. Then there a spacious living room with 2 double bed settees that can be used as additional sleeping place, TV, as well as 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and basin.

On the ground floor there is also an entrance to the outdoor dinning area from the kitchen, where you can find garden furniture, barbecue and perfect place to enjoy delicious food on a sunny day. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms , 1 twin bedroom and 2 en-suite bathrooms with shower, wc, bidet and basin.

The outside of the villa is very well-kept and it is set in terraces. Just few meters from the villa there is magnificent swimming pool (14 x 5m, depth: 1.40m)  with a small part is for children (3x3m, depth: 0.45m)
where you can relax and enjoy stunning views. The swimming pool is equipped with sun-umbrellas, deckchairs, sun-beds, gazebo with couch with upholstered chair. There is locker room with toilette under the swimming pool.

In the villa there can be arranged different cooking courses such as pizza night, pasta lesson or typical tuscan food. 

There is also parking area available.
