A villa where time, food, and togetherness can take center stage

Villa Marali accommodates 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with showers.

Layout of the villa

The modernized villa features a spacious kitchen with direct access to the garden. There is plenty of counter space, so everyone can take part in cooking or sit on the barstools and keep the “head chef” company.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, blender, and fridge with freezer.

Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a large dining table with room for everyone and direct access to the terrace and pool area. There is also a cozy lounge area with sofas for relaxation.

Villa Marali offers four bedrooms, three of which have double beds, while the last bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed suitable for two children. The villa also includes four bathrooms, each more impressive than the last. Overall, the bedrooms and bathrooms feature many beautiful details.

Outdoor area

Outside, you’ll find a large pool (4 x 10 meters, 1.4 meters deep) with a stunning view over the Piedmont countryside, where the vineyards stretch as far as the eye can see.

Around the pool, there are sun loungers and a lawn where you can spread out a towel to relax or play ball. Enjoy your meals on the terrace, and if the weather turns unexpectedly, you can move inside—perhaps leaving the large doors open to enjoy the scents from the garden.

The surrounding area

Villa Marali is located in the picturesque landscape near the small town of Rivalta Bormida in southern Piedmont. Here, you’ll find yourself surrounded by classic northern Italian scenery with vineyards, rolling hills, and charming medieval villages where life moves at a calm and pleasant pace.

The area is ideal for those wanting to experience authentic Piedmont, with short distances to wine regions, historic towns, and local restaurants. The nearest larger town is Acqui Terme, just a 10–15 minute drive from the villa. Here, you’ll find cozy cafés, markets, thermal baths, and a wide selection of restaurants serving the best of Piedmontese cuisine.

Villa Marali is perfectly located for those who wish to combine peace and nature with plenty of sightseeing opportunities. You can take day trips to Asti, Alba, or Alessandria—or head south to the Ligurian coast, which is less than an hour away.

The surroundings are filled with small villages where time seems to stand still and where you can find traditional trattorias serving local dishes paired with wine from nearby producers.

All in all, Villa Marali is the perfect choice for those seeking an Italian holiday with authentic atmosphere, peaceful surroundings, and easy access to everything that makes Piedmont famous—food, wine, and a natural sense of la dolce vita.
