The villa's interior

The villa is a historic property where the original architectural charm has been beautifully preserved and enhanced. The interior features elegant textiles, light-coloured furnishings and solid materials that perfectly complement the stunning authentic brick-vaulted ceilings.

Le Due Corti consists of two connected farmhouses, one of which is La Corte Grande, arranged over two floors.

The ground floor features a spacious living area including a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge and a large dining room, ideal for hosting up to 20 guests. The sleeping area offers two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. An additional bathroom is located in the shared area.

The first floor houses two bedrooms with private bathrooms and two further double bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

La Corte Piccola is located just a few steps from the main farmhouse and is also arranged over two floors.

The ground floor features a living area with lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes one double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. An additional bathroom is located in the shared area.

The first floor consists of three double bedrooms, all with their own private bathrooms.

The villa's outdoor area

Surrounded by rolling hills, Le Due Corti is the perfect choice for those looking for a peaceful escape from everyday life. Located between the picturesque and fascinating towns of Montepulciano, Pienza and Cortona, the villa is an ideal base for exploring a beautiful part of Tuscany, known for its vineyards, stunning landscapes and its proximity to Umbria and Lake Trasimeno.

The property offers wonderful opportunities for relaxation. Take a refreshing swim in the infinity pool (14 x 8 m, depth 1.50 m), relax under the parasols or on the sun loungers, and enjoy the panoramic views across the surrounding UNESCO World Heritage landscape.

If you are looking for a little activity, you can take a walk in the area, for example to the small village located approximately 500 m from the villa. Here you will find a restaurant, a pharmacy and a bar.

The villa is also ideally located for exploring some of the area's highlights. Visit the famous wine town of Montepulciano (approx. 30 km), the thermal springs of Bagno Vignoni (approx. 35 km) or the historic town of Cortona (18 km). The nearest larger supermarket, Coop, is located in Torrita di Siena (approx. 13 km).
