Enjoy the shade under the palm trees

Villa Ginestra accommodates 4 – 6* persons, featuring 2 bedrooms, a loft, and 1 bathroom.

The villa is the sweetest little house painted in a cream color with red shutters. Inside, the charm continues, with little Sicilian splashes of color here and there, sure to bring a smile to most faces.

Upon entering, you reach the living area, complete with a dining space, sofas, and a kitchen with an oven, stove, and refrigerator with a freezer. Additionally, there's a ladder leading up to the loft, where you'll find a French bed (140 – 160 cm wide) for the 5th and 6th persons.

Instead of climbing the ladder, you can open the door and discover 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. This is also where you'll find the villa's bathroom with a shower.

Now, I can't stretch it any longer; the outdoor surroundings of Villa Ginestra are close to being magical in my opinion – and that's without considering the magnificent Sicilian view.

The villa is nicely shielded by palm trees, other bushes, and trees in the garden, creating shade throughout the day. Yet, everything is strategically planted so you can still enjoy the view in grand style.

Villa Ginestra is blessed with 2 covered terraces where you can admire the view while having dinners, playing games, or simply relaxing with a lovely glass of wine.

Close to the villa, you'll find the private pool (6 x 3 meters / 1.4 meters deep), which also has a jacuzzi at one end. There are sun loungers around the pool with umbrellas, so you can either bask in the sun's warmth or seek a bit of shade.

Sicily has a lot to offer, and even though the most tempting thing would be to stay in the villa and enjoy all it offers, I'll still tell you a bit about what else you can experience on this beautiful island.

You have about 200 meters to reach the nearest beach, so when you tire of splashing in the pool, you can take a dip in the Mediterranean. The villa is also close to Scopello, an old historic town filled with restaurants, bars, and shops. Additionally, you have the Zingaro Nature Reserve and the ancient town of Erice within a short driving distance.

The nearest supermarket is 3 km away, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest restaurant/bar.

Villa Ginestra is situated with an incredible view, a beautiful and inviting garden, two covered terraces, and a hint of colors around that can bring a smile to most faces. It's a perfect villa for a family where generations travel together or for several friend pairs dreaming of exploring Sicily.

*The 5th and 6th persons will have the French bed in the loft, and this costs 200 euros per week or 40 euros per day. This is paid directly to the owners upon arrival.
