Outdoor Area

Villa Edi is a beautiful two-storey stone house featuring a well-maintained garden and a lovely private swimming pool. The location is extremely convenient, as the villa is situated just 1 km from the charming village of Gambassi Terme, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés.

Upon arrival, you are welcomed by a beautiful stone villa with a warm and inviting atmosphere, surrounded by peaceful countryside. Right beside the villa lies the carefully maintained garden with small shrubs, trees, and a private swimming pool (4 x 8 metres, depth 1.30 metres), where you can relax and enjoy wonderful views across the Tuscan landscape.

The swimming pool area is equipped with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, garden chairs, small tables, and parasols, creating the perfect setting for long, relaxing days under the Tuscan sun.

The outdoor terrace offers several cosy areas for relaxing, with tables, chairs, and a barbecue, making it an ideal place to enjoy summer evenings and delicious meals outdoors.

Interior of the Villa

The villa offers 220 m² of living space spread over two floors. The entire interior is decorated in a charming vintage style, creating a cosy and nostalgic atmosphere. Retro details such as an old radio, sewing machine, wooden chairs, tables, and other carefully selected pieces add character and make you feel as though you have stepped back in time.

On the first floor, there are four bedrooms: three double bedrooms and one bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed. This floor also features a bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

On the ground floor, you will find a dining area with a large wooden table, chairs, and a fireplace, creating a welcoming space for shared meals. The well-equipped kitchen includes a cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, and freezer, allowing you to easily prepare delicious meals using local Tuscan ingredients.

The ground floor also offers a second bathroom and a comfortable living room with a large sofa. From the living room, you have direct access to the outdoor terrace, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor living.
