Villa Edi is a beautiful stone building with 2 floors, well-kept garden and a swimming pool. The location is very convenient as the villa is only 1 kilometer from a small town Gambassi Terme, where you can find supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. 

When you arrive, you will be welcomed by a beautiful well-looked-after villa with a cozy atmosphere surrounded by nature. Right next to the villa there is a well-kept garden with some small branches, trees and a swimming pool (4x8 depth 1,30), where you can relax and enjoy stunning views of a countryside with your family. The swimming pool is equipped with an outdoor shower, sun beds, garden chairs and small tables with parasols. 

The villa is 220 sqm and has 2 floors. The entire interior is in a vintage style, which creates a cozy atmosphere and the retro elements like the old radio, sewing machine, wooden chairs and tables, and many more will surely bring you back in time. On the first floor there are located 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom with a heater and a shower box. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms. 

On the ground floor you can find a dinning area with a big wooden table, chairs and fireplace. Then there is a well-equipped kitchen with 4 burners, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, where you prepare some delicious local food. On the ground floor there is also located one bathroom and a living room with a big comfortable sofa from where you can enter to the outdoor terrace. The outdoor terrace has many spots for relaxing with tables, chairs, even barbecue and is perfect for enjoying summer vacation in Tuscany.
