A spacious villa with a private pool and stunning scenery

Villa Anita is a charming Tuscan property offering a fantastic view from every angle. When you arrive at the villa, you will be welcomed by an impressive driveway, beautifully lined with cypress trees.

The villa’s interior

The villa has space for 12–14 people, where the main building, which consists of three levels, has room for the first 8 people, and the adjoining annex has room for the remaining 6 people. The property has a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with the possibility of converting a studio into an additional bedroom for up to 2 people.

The ground floor of the villa has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as an open dining area. From the dining area there is direct access to a large terrace, where you and your holiday companions can enjoy fantastic and colourful sunsets over the Tuscan landscape. In addition, you will find 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor, which share a common bathroom.

Upstairs you will find a double bedroom with its own private bathroom. On the lower level you will find a living area, a room with its own bathroom, where the two extra guests can sleep, and a large kitchen and dining area, which is perfect for hosting cooking classes or parties in connection with birthdays, a small wedding or a holiday celebration.

Close to the main house, as mentioned, there is an annex. Inside the annex you will find a kitchen, a living/dining room with a dining table and access to its own terrace. The annex also has 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms. Finally, on the attic floor there is another double bedroom with its own bathroom.

The villa’s outdoor area

Outside you will find a garden with trees providing shade on the warm summer days and, not least, flowers that add fragrance and extra colour during the beautiful summer days. You will also find a covered area with a barbecue, and not least the completely private pool (4 x 8 metres), which is exclusively for your use. Here, sun loungers are ready for you, so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Tuscan landscape.

Your privacy as a guest at Villa Anita is highly valued by the owners, although they are always ready to answer questions or help in any other way if needed during your stay at Villa Anita. It is possible to arrange breakfast, cooking classes, special dinners focusing on tasting local dishes, or as mentioned, if you would like to hold a small celebration – all available upon request before departure.
