Beautiful villa in the hilly countryside outside Lucca

Villa Altomonte is located just 10 km from the charming town of Lucca and accommodates 12 people in 6 bedrooms.

This is a 650 m² villa for those who want to stay in a large villa with authentic countryside style and rustic decor, featuring quality furniture, beautiful textiles, stone floors, and lovely details. The villa offers panoramic views over Lucca's hills, olive groves, and forests, creating a perfect atmosphere both inside and outside the villa.

Villa layout

The villa spans 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a dining room with a large table, a bathroom with a toilet and washbasin, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a grill and small fridge, washing machine, microwave, and larger fridge, as well as access to the veranda and garden. On the veranda, you can sit and enjoy meals or relax in the lounge furniture.

There is a second veranda behind the house and here you will find table tennis and table football. There is a sofa for good periods of relax. It faces nord so it is a fresh area of the garden. 

The first floor consists of a small TV room, a living room with a fireplace, three bedrooms with two single beds, one bedroom with a double bed, and four bathrooms with baths (two en-suite and one with a bathtub).

In addition to the villa, there is also an annex attached to the main building with direct access from both the villa and the garden. The annex consists of one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, separated by a bathroom with a shower.

Air conditioning and mosquito nets are available in all bedrooms. For those traveling in the off-season, underfloor heating is provided so you won't have cold feet.

Outdoor area at the villa

You have your own private pool (7 x 14 m) with sun loungers, deck chairs, and umbrellas, as well as a completely private garden and private parking area next to the villa.

Experiences in the area

The sea (Versilia and Viareggio) is less than 40 km away. Also, a small restaurant, Il Botteghino, is just about 800 meters away.
