The prices include:
Internet, water, gas, electricity and linen changed weekly. The final cleaning charges will be doubled if the kitchen isn't left clean, ie. if the dishes are left dirty and the rubbich isn't disposed of.
Air conditioning is included in the price, but please remember to keep the door and windows closed, and it should only be used when the apartment is occupied. If these air conditioning rules are not followed, a fee of 100 euros will be charged.
Baby cot and high chair are available for free.
Pool season:
The swimming pool is open between 9/5 - 26/9.
To be paid together with the booking:
Final cleaning: apartment 1, 8 and 9: 85 euro. Apartment 2, 3, 7 and 13: 110 euro. Apartment 12: 130 euro.
To be paid locally and directly to the owners:
Inventory deposit: 100 euro / 800 euro for all of San Lorenzo (cash - refunded at check out).
Final cleaning: 60 - 90 euro per apartment.
Extra cleaning: 25 euro each time.
Central heating upon use: 20 - 25 euro per day.
Extra bed: 20 euro per person per week.
Breakfast available on request in advance and upon payment.
5 € per person includes home made cakes, bread, butter, jam, fruit juice, milk, coffee, the.

Laundry service available, to be required and paid directly to the owner.
Pets are allowed: 25 euro per pet.
NB - Tourist tax:
Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival. The tourist taxation is 1 euro per person per night (kids under 14 years of age not included) and a maximum of 7 days.
