Enjoy you vacation at San Lorenzo on the top of the hill

A scattering of houses dated back XVIII century located in the middle of a working estate producing olive oil, wine and cereals. Near Buonconvento, in the picturesque Crete Senesi region to the South of Siena, this property lies in an enviable position with breathtaking views over the Tuscan rolling hills.

The entire hamlet has been recently restored and 3 houses have been divided into 13 independent apartments and one bedroom. The apartments are nicely furnished for holiday use and each has its own private outdoor area with table and chairs for al fresco dinners.

Guests share a delightful swimming pool (6 x 12 mts – 0,80/1,80 mts) set in a green lawn, where children have their own small playground.

A tiny restaurant open on request for breakfast is located in the central building. 

Laundry service made by the owner, at cost. Olive oil and wine produced in the estate are for sale.

The property is reached by an unpaved country road very panoramic and suitable for every kind of car. A good choice for a relaxing holiday, well placed for numerous interesting day trips to places such as Siena (about 28 km away), Montalcino (about 15 km away), Pienza (about 30 km away), Montepulciano (about 45 km away), Firenze (about 90 km) and Arezzo (about 1 hour drive).

The nearest village is Buonconvento, where guests can find shops, supermarket, bank, restaurants and bar. Main building

The prices include:

Internet, water, gas, electricity and linen changed weekly. The final cleaning charges will be doubled if the kitchen isn't left clean, ie. if the dishes are left dirty and the rubbich isn't disposed of.
Air conditioning is included in the price, but please remember to keep the door and windows closed, and it should only be used when the apartment is occupied. If these air conditioning rules are not followed, a fee of 100 euros will be charged.

Baby cot and high chair are available for free.

 

Pool season:

The swimming pool is open between 10/5 - 27/9.

 

To be paid together with the booking: 

Final cleaning: apartment 1, 8 and 9: 85 euro. Apartment 2, 3, 7 and 13: 110 euro. Apartment 12: 130 euro. 

 

To be paid locally and directly to the owners:

Inventory deposit: 100 euro (cash - refunded at check out).

Final cleaning: 60 - 90 euro per apartment.

Extra cleaning: 25 euro each time.  

Central heating upon use: 20 - 25 euro per day.

Extra bed: 20 euro per person per week.

Breakfast available on request in advance and upon payment.

5 € per person includes home made cakes, bread, butter, jam, fruit juice, milk, coffee, the.

10€ per person includes home made cakes, bread, butter, jam, fruit juice, milk, coffee, the, ham/salami, cheese

Laundry service available, to be required and paid directly to the owner.

 

Pets are allowed: 25 euro per pet.

 

NB - Tourist tax:

Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival. The tourist taxation is 1 euro per person per night (kids under 14 years of age not included) and a maximum of 7 days.
