The house belongs to the Ricci family, who over the years have used the house as a holiday home. The home has recently been renovated but with great respect for the Tuscan tradition. All the materials for the renovation are local and it gives a good and genuine style.
Description of the apartments
The resort is divided into 3 apartments - Beatrice, Fiammetta and Laura. Each apartment has its own living room, kitchen with oven, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher, bedroom and toilet. In addition, the apartments are also furnished with solid 19th century Italian furniture. There is a possibility that the apartments Laura and Beatrice can be merged by opening the door between them, and thus the apartment is ideal for 10 people. There are two shared outdoor spaces with tables and chairs and a barbecue. You can also rent the whole place, and there is room for 13 people.

Podere La Cava is surrounded by a large garden, which is accessible to all resort guests. A little from the house is the pool, where you can cool off in the water or laze on the sun loungers under the parasols. Chianciano Terme is a short distance from shopping and restaurants. You can also explore the nearby neighbourhood of Sant'Albino where there are a couple of groceries, bars and other essential shops. A couple of restaurants are at a closer distance of the property. There are max 2 km to this neighbourhood - perfect for a local walk.
