The price for Podere Merlino included
Gas, water, electricity, WiFi, towels, and bed linen.
Waste sorting is important in Italy and must be done correctly, just like in Denmark. If you are unsure how to sort the waste, please ask the owners.
Pool season
The pool is open from May to September.
To be paid locally and directly to the owners
Deposit: 500 euro (cash). Refunded upon departure.
Final cleaning: 250 euro (cash).
Heating: on consumption.
Air conditioning: on consumption.
Late arrival fee: 80 euro for arrivals between 20:00 - 24:00. Arrival after 24:00 is not possible, and check-in will take place the following day.
Pets are not allowed.
NB – Tourist tax:
A small tourist tax applies and must be paid directly upon arrival.
