Close to the beautiful medieval town of Cortona lies this stunning villa, offering an extraordinary experience. Here you will have approximately 400 m² for up to 20 guests, spread across 10 bedrooms, where 6 bedrooms are located in the main villa and the remaining 4 are in the annex. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.

The owners have teamed up with professional event planners, ensuring that everything is arranged perfectly with flowers, wine and food for your special celebration.

The outdoor area

The outdoor swimming pool (6 x 12 metres – 1.4 metres deep) is open from May to September and offers a truly spectacular panoramic view of Cortona and the beautiful Tuscan landscape. The pool also features a waterfall, which is sure to delight both children and adults who love spending time in the water.

Around the pool area you will find sun loungers and a large lawn, perfect for those who prefer to spread out a towel and relax close to nature while enjoying the warm sunshine. Be aware, however, that the lawn is so spacious that some members of the family might be tempted to start a game of football.

If you prefer some shade, you can move up to the covered area near the large palm tree.

If you visit outside the swimming pool season, there is fortunately also an indoor heated spa area with a small pool, jacuzzi and fireplace. A wonderfully cosy place to enjoy during cooler evenings.

Adjacent to the villa there is a large covered terrace with lounge furniture, where you can sit peacefully and enjoy the views away from the pool area. This is a wonderful spot in the evening with a drink in hand and good company. It is also here that the long dining table is prepared for everyone to enjoy meals together, sharing laughter and conversations throughout the evening.

The layout of the villa

The villa is spread over several levels. On the ground floor you will find the wine cellar, where private wine tastings can be arranged. This is something many guests appreciate, as there is no need to drive anywhere after enjoying the wines. On this floor, in addition to the wine tasting area, there are also two bedrooms.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a large kitchen. From here you have access to the terrace, lounge area and the large garden. There are three double bedrooms on this floor, each with its own private bathroom.

Also on the first floor is a small room that was once a chapel. Today it is decorated with both antique and modern fresco paintings. Many guests use this beautiful room for lunches or dinners, as it features a long table with enough space for everyone.

Another staircase leads up to the tower room. Here you will find a French double bed (approximately 160 cm wide). There is also what the owners call the attic lounge, with a small sofa positioned towards the window, offering wonderful views over the garden and Cortona.

Nello’s Villa also includes an annex with four bedrooms, all with private bathrooms.

All bedrooms, both in the main villa and in the annex, have air conditioning.
