Welcome to a paradise for the senses in the heart of the Langhe region, an area famous for its vineyards, exquisite wines and outstanding gastronomy. Imagine a stay in a magnificent 300 m² villa, designed to offer an experience beyond the ordinary.

The layout of the villa

This is a modern villa where every detail has been carefully considered. Light and space are the defining elements throughout the interior.

The villa is spread over three levels. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, which features modern Italian design and high-quality finishes. The living room has a fireplace, and there is also a dining room, perfect if you visit in early spring or late autumn when the weather is not ideal for dining outdoors.

When the sun is shining and the temperatures are warm, you will naturally move outside to the terrace, which extends from the ground floor and offers direct access from the house. Here you will find the perfect setting for enjoying meals under the open sky.

On the first floor there is another living room and access to two terraces, one of which is covered. Another staircase leads up to the second floor, offering privacy with three beautiful bedrooms, each with its own modern bathroom.

Now we must not forget the most important – or perhaps the second most important (depending on who you ask) – feature of the villa: it also has its own wine cellar, offering an exquisite selection of local wines, ready to tempt your taste buds.

For those seeking additional privacy, the guest house on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace and pool area, offers a double bedroom (with sofa bed), bathroom and kitchenette.

The outdoor surroundings

In the garden you will find your own infinity pool measuring 11 x 4.5 metres (depth 1.20–2 metres), with a jacuzzi corner where, between the trees, you can catch glimpses of the breathtaking views over the UNESCO-protected hills.

Sit back and allow your soul to relax while watching the sunset over the landscape. If the view from the pool is not enough, simply make your way to the first-floor terrace with lounge furniture, where the scenery truly reveals itself.

Once the children are asleep, this is the perfect place for a glass of wine, an Aperol Spritz or some local delicacies.

From the ground floor you have direct access to the terrace with dining table and chairs. A parasol provides shade from the warm sun when meals are enjoyed outdoors – and children and the young at heart can jump straight from the table into the pool. The old rule about waiting 30 minutes before swimming no longer seems to apply ;-)

The garden is a small and charming space divided into several "squares" of lawn where you can relax. One area also has chairs where you can sit and enjoy the views while still being close to those splashing around in the pool.

There are a few flowers here and there, but honestly, it is the view over Piedmont and the surrounding landscape that will capture your attention. This area is truly breathtaking and almost impossible to take your eyes away from.
