Very inviting villa in the mountains high in Tuscany - but still close to famous sightseeing

Villa La Maison de Vevette can accommodate 10 persons in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

La Maison de Vevette is a completely renovated mid-19th century villa. It is located in a small village Lunigiana northwest of Tuscany. The area is surrounded by mountains and there is plenty of opportunity to experience nature up close on foot or by bike.

The villa was originally owned by the grandparents of the current owners and named after Vevette, the grandmother of French origin. The owners decided to renovate it and create a wonderful holiday home. It must be said to have succeeded.

The house is divided into suites on the ground floor and a large apartment on the first floor, making the villa ideal for families or groups of friends.

There is a common living room on the ground floor and a common kitchen and dining room on the 1st floor with a terrace with an outdoor dining area.

La Posta: bedroom with double bed, bathroom and small kitchenette

Il Gioco: bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette and outdoor veranda. These two rooms can be connected from the main entrance of the house.

La Cucina: bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and external veranda

First floor

2 rooms  with double bed and fresh bed each with a private bathroom. They have acces to the garden 

There is a kitchen and dining area that can accommodate up to 10/12 people with a fireplace.

Around the villa there is a large garden with attention to the smallest details and adorned with typical Mediterranean plants. In the upper part of the garden there is a large swimming pool of 14 meters x 4.5 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters. This is a perfect place to cool off, rest and read a good book.

Near the pool there is a seating area with comfortable sofas.

When you live here, it is obvious to take a trip to Cinque Terre. You can, for example, park the car in La Spezia and take a train or boat into the national park, so famous for its beautiful villages and good hiking trails between the 5 towns. You also live near the marble quarries of Massa, and not far from the seaside resorts of Riomaggiore and Forte dei Marmi.
