Family-Friendly Villa with a Lovely Pool, Garden, and Beautiful Green Surroundings

Welcome to this charming villa, located in a small village with breathtaking views of the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside between Siena and Florence. The villa has been renovated by the owners and is decorated in a cosy and very personal style, so I imagine you will quickly feel at home.

Description of the villa

The villa extends over three floors and is furnished with a combination of modern style and vintage furniture, creating a unique atmosphere. The many windows and doors provide a close connection to the outdoor area, where you will probably spend most of your holiday.

The villa is approximately 140 m² and is spread over three levels.

On the ground floor you enter a hallway, where the staircase leads up to the first floor, and a few steps down to the left there is a dining table and a spacious living room with a fireplace and TV. From here there is access to the loggia, a pleasant covered area with lounge furniture and views of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. There is a kitchen with another dining table, and the kitchen is well equipped with a hob, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and microwave. There is also a bathroom with a shower.

In the living room there is a narrow spiral staircase leading down to the lower ground floor, where the former garage has been converted into a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. This room is equipped with air conditioning. There is direct access to the outside from this level, so if you prefer not to use the narrow spiral staircase, you can simply walk outside and down to the lower floor.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor area

The garden, which is approximately 300 m², features a lovely swimming pool (9 m x 4 m, depth 1.20 m) with sun loungers, a barbecue and a covered terrace with a dining table. This terrace continues around the side of the house, where there is another covered area. The house and garden are fully fenced.

In front of the house, facing the view, there is a newly built house with a flat roof. This building partially obstructs the view from the terrace, but both above the house and to the side of it you still have wonderful views of the beautiful Tuscan landscape.

There is parking inside the fenced property, and a charging station has recently been installed for guests travelling with an electric car.

Experiences in the area

One of the great advantages of this villa is that you are staying in a small village with a winery (Villa Pillo), including a wine shop and restaurant, within walking distance (200 metres). You can also enjoy a wine tasting at the winery and take a guided tour of the wine cellar.

You are staying approximately 3 km from Gambassi Terme and 5 km from Castelfiorentino, both of which are charming small towns. There is a good supermarket in Castelfiorentino.
