Hibiscus is located in a smaller complex with 7 other holiday apartments, most of which are used as private holiday homes by Italians. This provides a quiet and relaxed atmosphere where you don't feel like part of a large resort, but instead are surrounded by local life.

The apartment is surrounded by a private, well-maintained garden of approximately 500 m², offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

A path from the garden leads to the shared swimming pool, which is used by the seven apartments. The pool area is beautifully set in the landscape and invites you to unwind while enjoying the view.

Here you will find peace, quiet, and a special atmosphere that many seek when traveling to Tuscany.

Interior of the apartment

The Hibiscus apartment is located on the ground floor and offers beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. You will stay in peaceful surroundings with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors.

Inside, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (160 x 190 cm), while the other has a smaller double bed (140 x 190 cm). Both bathrooms are equipped with a toilet and shower.

The kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and kettle. The living room features a dining area and a sofa bed for the 5th and 6th guests.

Outside, you will find two covered terraces. One is located by the entrance and furnished with a round table, perfect for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The other terrace is accessed directly from the kitchen and includes a table, chairs, and an outdoor sink, making it easy to enjoy meals outside.

The area you live in 

You will stay near Castelfalfi, in the heart of the beautiful Tuscan landscape with rolling hills, vineyards, and small villages.

The area is known for its peaceful surroundings and open countryside, while still offering plenty of opportunities for excursions. You are within easy reach of charming towns, local restaurants, and wineries, where you can experience Tuscan food and wine up close.

The Castelfalfi area also offers golf, hiking routes, and nature experiences. You can take day trips to well-known towns such as San Gimignano, Volterra, and Pisa, while Florence is a bit further away but still within reach.

This is a place for those who wish to stay in peaceful surroundings with beautiful views, while enjoying an authentic atmosphere among Italian families and exploring Tuscany at their own pace.
