Idyllic country house with beautiful views in the middle of the Tuscan countryside

Villa Fontecipressi accommodates 8 people, divided into 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The villa is located only 19 km from Pienza, a charming medieval town in the characteristic Val d'Orcia.

The villa’s surroundings

The country house from the 1920s is located on the sunny side of a hill, surrounded by cypress trees in the middle of the Tuscan landscape. The 280 m² property has been extensively renovated, has bright rooms, and the entire place radiates a cosy atmosphere.

Around the house, there are many small shaded areas that invite you to relax and enjoy peaceful moments. No matter where you are on the property, you will experience a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape.

Located in the centre of the garden is a large and inviting swimming pool of approximately 11 x 5 metres, with a sloping depth from 80 cm to 180 cm. The pool is the perfect place for a refreshing swim on a warm summer day.

On one side of the house, next to the kitchen, there is a lovely pergola filled with shade. Another covered terrace can be found in front of the outbuilding next to the pool. Here, you can take a well-deserved rest while being captivated by the unique and breathtaking view.

The spacious terraces create the feeling of having your own private park, with plenty of room for play, relaxation, and spending time together.

The villa’s interior

On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a travertine fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen with a fireplace, a bathroom, and a spiral staircase leading to the first floor.

On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms, as well as one bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. On the same floor, there is also a living room with a fireplace.

In the outbuilding, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. This building also offers laundry facilities and storage space, as well as a pool room.

The accommodation includes a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi connection in the common areas, TV, and CD stereo.

The area offers a wide range of activities, so there are plenty of opportunities to find something that suits everyone’s needs.

You can, for example, take an e-bike tour through the beautiful Tuscan landscape, book a private guide, or explore the historic town of Pienza on your own.
