Idyllic country house with beautiful views in the middle of the Tuscan countryside

Villa Fontecipressi has room for 8 people, divided into 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, located 19 km from Pienza, a cozy medieval town.

The country house from the 1920s is located on the sunny side of a hill surrounded by cypresses in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. Over the years, the 280 sqm residence has been extensively renovated, has bright and friendly rooms filled with coziness. Around the house there are many terraces that invite for relaxation and to socialize. No matter where you are at the property, you will experience stunning views of the countryside.

Centrally in the garden is a large irregularly shaped pool  11  x 5  metres, depth from 80 cm to 180 cm, which invites you to cool off on a hot summer day. On one side of the house, next to the kitchen, there is a lovely shaded pergola. Another pergola you will find in front of the guest house, next to the pool. Here you can take a well-deserved rest while you are drawn into the unique and breathtaking views. On the spacious terraces you create the feeling of being in your own park, where there is plenty of room for play and togetherness

On ground floor there is a large living room with travertine fireplace, dining room, kitchen with fireplace, bathroom and a spiral staircase leading to the first floor. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a twin bedroom with a en-suite bathroom. On the same floor there is a living room with fireplace. In the outhouse there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. In this building the possibility of laundry and storage, as well as a pool room is provided

The villa offers washing machine, dishwasher, WI-FI connection in common areas, TV, CD stereo. 

The area is full of different activities, so there is plenty of opportunity to find something that covers all your needs. Take evt. on an E-bike tour through beautiful Tuscany, book a personal guide or explore the historic city of Pienza on your own. The city offers architectural wonders and there are plenty of opportunities to shop for handicrafts. We also recommend enjoying life from a sidewalk cafe.
