The villa’s interior

The 200 m² villa is furnished in a typical local style, and the house is very well equipped, including a kitchen with direct access to a covered terrace. The villa provides an excellent base for a holiday in comfortable and relaxing surroundings.

On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan living area equipped with a fireplace, satellite TV, a sofa, and a dining table. There is also a utility room, two double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The ground floor also features a kitchen with a cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, and dishwasher. As mentioned, the kitchen provides direct access to the loggia, which is perfect for outdoor dining on the terrace with a barbecue area.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower, as well as an additional bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms on the first floor have air conditioning.

The villa’s outdoor area

Outside, there is a large garden of approximately 4,000 m² with another covered loggia equipped with a barbecue area. Here, you are slightly closer to the pool and can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains.

The villa also features a swimming pool (12 m x 5 m, depth 140 cm), surrounded by flowers and trees that provide plenty of shade. The swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off on a hot summer day and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The pool area is fenced.

This is an ideal place for families with children, as there are facilities for activities such as volleyball, table tennis, and a playground.
