In the rolling hills of Tuscany, not far from Siena and Arezzo, you will find the beautiful estate Cignella Resort. This well-maintained resort has a 200-year history and was once an old farm.

The current owners immediately fell in love with this exceptionally beautiful farm and quickly saw the potential to create a Tuscan holiday destination in authentic surroundings. The stables and main farmhouse have been carefully renovated and now offer modern apartments ranging in size from 84 m2 to 221 m2, providing ample space even for larger families.

Cignella Resort offers 13 bright apartments with a unique location and attention to detail. The apartments are decorated in a modern style with contemporary technology. The floors are equipped with built-in water cooling and underfloor heating, contributing to the estate’s sustainability goals. Each apartment has its own private terrace near the kitchen.

The resort’s common areas include a pool and a wine bar. The surrounding courtyards are bordered by a large garden with flowers and shrubs, creating many shaded oases perfect for relaxation and enjoying the scents. From the estate, there is a fantastic panoramic view over the Tuscan countryside and the nearby medieval town, and some terraces even offer a view of Lake Trasimeno.

The 17-meter long swimming pool, with a depth of 1.20 m to 2.40 m, invites for swims, while sunbeds and pergolas around the pool provide an opportunity for relaxation in the shade.
