The Villa

The villa features a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, induction hob, refrigerator, and a wooden dining table with chairs, making it perfect for preparing your own meals.

The kitchen opens into a spacious living room with a sofa, TV, and direct access to the terrace.

The villa also offers two spacious bedrooms, a large mezzanine with two double beds, three bathrooms (two with showers and one with a bathtub), and a storage room.

The Outdoor Areas

Outside, you will find a beautiful infinity pool (10 x 5 metres, depth 1.40 metres), surrounded by sun loungers.

The modern veranda is equipped with a barbecue, dining table, and chairs, creating the perfect setting for outdoor meals, relaxing evenings, and enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset.

The Area

Casa di Gallo is a wonderful villa located in the heart of the renowned Monferrato wine region, which has recently been recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The villa is situated just a 10-minute drive from Nizza Monferrato and Acqui Terme, and approximately 30 minutes from Alba. The surrounding landscape offers breathtaking views of rolling hills, vineyards, and the beautiful Piedmont countryside.

Located among the picturesque hills of Monferrato, the villa allows you to enjoy spectacular views of vineyards stretching across the horizon. It is also the perfect base for exploring Piedmont and discovering charming towns, excellent cuisine, and the region’s famous wine traditions.

The nearest larger town is Nizza Monferrato, with a beautiful historic centre offering everything from bakeries and gelaterias to restaurants and local shops. A weekly street market takes place every Friday, and on the third Sunday of every month throughout the year, you can explore one of the largest antique markets in Northern Italy.
