Casa Valleferri accommodates up to 11 guests in 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Casa Valleferri is peacefully located in the rolling countryside just outside Acqui Terme. Here, you have plenty of space around you, views of the surrounding vineyards, and a sense of being slightly بعيد from it all – in the best possible way.

Outdoor area

Outside, you will find a charming, fenced garden with grass, trees and small corners where it feels natural to slow down and relax.

The pool is a natural gathering point for both children and adults. It has built-in steps for easy access, and for those who enjoy a bit of fun, there is also a slide and a diving board.

The pool measures 4 x 9 metres and has a depth of 1.4 to 2.0 metres. Sun loungers are placed around the pool, and nearby you will find a covered area where you can sit in the shade with a book or a glass of wine while life unfolds around you.

Interior of the villa

Inside, the house is bright and simple, with a relaxed and homely atmosphere. It is clearly Danish-owned, with a focus on functionality, comfort and a more Nordic style of interior design that makes it easy to feel at home from the very first day.

The living area naturally brings you together, with a sofa area, dining space and access to the kitchen. This is where you gather for meals, games or simply a quiet moment. The living room features both a TV and a fireplace.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle.

The villa offers five bedrooms – three with double beds and two with single beds. One of the rooms also has an additional bed. The two bathrooms are spacious and both include a toilet and a shower.

The surrounding area

Casa Valleferri is located in a beautiful, hilly area where distances may feel longer than they appear on the map.

The small village of Cavatore is nearby, although not within walking distance due to the terrain. It can easily be reached by car in just a few minutes. Here you will find a local restaurant and lovely views of the surrounding landscape.

The nearest larger town is Acqui Terme, located approximately 7 km away. Here you will find supermarkets, cafés and the well-known thermal baths the town is famous for.

The area is characterised by vineyards, green hills and small winding roads. It is ideal for exploring by car – for example visiting local wineries or charming villages such as Strevi and Melazzo.

Casa Valleferri is well suited for those of you looking for peace, space and a base where it is easy to spend time together – while enjoying excursions in the surrounding area at your own pace.
