The villa’s entrance is centrally located. To the left, you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with windows that let in plenty of natural light. This bright, open space flows seamlessly into the dining area, creating a cozy setting for meals. The dining room blends into the inviting living area, where a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a fireplace create a relaxing atmosphere.

On the ground floor, there is also a spacious bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining four bedrooms, each with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning.

Outdoor area

Casa San Martino is situated in a peaceful and idyllic location on a quiet country road, surrounded by the stunning Piedmont landscape with rolling Monferrato hills in the distance. On clear days, the Alps can be seen on the horizon.

The villa’s pool (12 x 5 meters, 1.4 meters deep) is ideal for a refreshing swim, and the sun loungers by the pool area provide the perfect spot to soak up the sun. An outdoor shower is also available.
