Casa Monforte is set in peaceful surroundings, surrounded by vineyards and rolling green hills, just a short walk from the heart of Canelli. The villa features a large private garden with well-kept lawns and a new swimming pool (10 x 4 meters and 1.4 m deep). The pool also has a shallow section, ideal for children to play in or for adults to relax in the water.

Around the pool, there are sun loungers where you can unwind and soak up the sun after a refreshing swim. In the garden, a charming pergola provides shade during the hottest hours of the day.

The villa offers a spacious terrace with a dining area for everyone, accessible from both apartments, allowing you to step directly into the kitchens.

You also have access to a barbecue, private parking, and an electric car charging station. The entire property is fenced.

On the same property, but completely separate from Casa Monforte, there is an independent house that is occasionally occupied on weekends by an elderly family member of the villa’s owners. The house has its own private entrance and is entirely separate from your area, ensuring that you enjoy complete privacy and peace throughout your stay.

Interior of the villa

The villa consists of two separate apartments that are not connected internally. Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a double bedroom with air conditioning, and a modern bathroom with a shower.

One apartment has a mezzanine with a sofa bed, ideal for children, while in the other apartment the sofa bed for children is located in the living room.

This setup makes the villa perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together who still wish to enjoy some privacy.

The area around Casa Monforte invites both relaxation and exploration. You’ll be staying in the heart of one of Piedmont’s most beautiful wine regions, surrounded by vineyards and charming villages with local markets and authentic restaurants.

Canelli is just 3 km away, where you’ll find cozy cafés, supermarkets, and good restaurants – and not least the famous underground wine cellars, which are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

If you want to explore further, you can visit one of the many local wineries for a tasting, take a trip to Nizza Monferrato (9 km) for some shopping, or relax in the thermal baths of Acqui Terme (20 km). Asti and Alba are also within easy reach, offering true Italian town life, fine dining, and the region’s renowned wines and truffles.
