The villa’s outdoor area

Outside, you can enjoy a lovely fenced garden of about 500 m² with a private swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 1.2–1.5 m), which you will have entirely to yourselves. The covered terrace provides the perfect setting for outdoor meals, with both a pizza oven and a barbecue at your disposal.

Inside the villa

Inside, the villa offers around 100 m² spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, satellite TV and a sofa bed, as well as a large, well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. This floor also includes a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and another bathroom with shower. Everything is decorated with great attention to detail, balancing Tuscan charm with a timeless country style. The sixth guest sleeps on the sofa bed in the living room.
