Beautiful villa in Sicily with plenty of space - close to town and beach
Villa for 6 pers. with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Surrounded by citrus and olive groves, Villa Zagara is a villa located in wonderful and peaceful surroundings.
Well-designed and furnished, the villa is surrounded by a beautifully raised lush garden with palm trees and shrubs, but with plenty of lawn to play on, shaded terraces and an inviting saltwater pool well equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs (pool dimensions: 12 x 4 meters and 1.5 meters deep). The villa is perfect for a small group of friends or a family.
The villa sleeps 6 people. A large open-plan living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, each with their own modern bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort. Beautiful wooden doors and carved wooden furniture fit perfectly with the neutral colors of the walls and furniture. Large French windows from the living room lead to a covered terrace which gives guests plenty of room to relax and make use of the lounge area, from where there is a good view of the garden and pool area.
Another outdoor covered terrace is located in front of the kitchen, where there is a dining area for 6 people and barbecue for preparing summer meals in the open air. From here as well there is nice view of the pool, the landscape and the sea.
Villa Zagara is located in the western part of Sicily, where there is plenty to discover and explore. Not far away is one of the most important wine areas in Sicily and the ancient archaeological site of Selinunte with a well-preserved temple area. There is only a short drive to the beach, which is only 7 km away, where you can enjoy the warm Mediterranean seawater and enjoy the sandy beach.
The nearest town is Castelvetrano, which is approximately 4.5 km away. Here you will find everything you need for your holiday: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies.
Villa Zagara is a perfect villa whether you want to experience the local Sicily by excursions or daytrips to the beach or simply relax at the villa in quiet and tranquil surroundings with plenty of space for children to play in the garden og in the beautiful pool.

Prices are incl. gas, water, towels, bed linen, wifi and final cleaning.
The pool is open between 01.05 - 31.10.
To be paid locally:
Deposit: 500 euro (only by credit card).
Electricity: 160 kWh is included in the price, after this it is 0,60 euro per kWh.
Baby cot: 30 euro per cot per week.
High chair: 20 euro per chair per week.
Linen and towel change: 15 euro per person.
Extra cleaning: 22 euro per hour.
Heating: after consumption (only used in the cold months).
in case of non-disposal of urban waste, the extra payment of € 50.00 per week will be required at check-out.
Pets are allowed on request: 30 euro per animal.
ATTENTION There is a tourist tax, which is a small amount to be paid directly at the country house on arrival. The tourist tax is 1 euro per person per overnight stay (except children under 10 years)
