Villa Talia is a lovely one-story villa, located on a hillside with great views of the sea and mountain scenery, just 2 km from the beach and the small cozy seaside town of Sant´Ambrogio.

The heart of the villa is the kitchen-dining room, which contains a TV lounge with a sofa and fireplace, a dining table and a modern and well-equipped kitchen. From the room there is a beautiful view to the terrace and out to the sea, which enjoy through the panoramic windows.

Villa Talia has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and attached bathroom with bath, and one with two single beds. Furthermore, there is another bathroom with shower.

The breathtaking views from Villa Talia mean that you will probably spend much of your time outside, so you can also enjoy the many hours of sunshine that Sicily is known for. You can enjoy it either on the terrace, from where you have the opportunity to go directly into the smaller infinity pool, or maybe you find a shady place to relax in the garden. The villa's covered outdoor kitchen, which has, among other things, a stove and a real pizza oven, is designed to prepare your meals outside, which you can then enjoy at the also covered outdoor dining area.

As mentioned, the villa is just 2 km down to the coast, the fine sandy beaches and the small cozy town of Sant´Ambrogio, where there are both restaurants, cafes and shopping. Wishes In a larger and wider selection of shops and eateries, the charming fishing village of Cefalù is only 4 km away.

Right next to the villa, the owner lives, only on weekends to help, if you have any questions about the villa or area, he is happy to help. The owner lives next to the villa, but he does not have access to your garden or pool area - this is for your use only. The driveway is shared with the owner, but he is there as said only this weekend. Please note that the road up to the villa is a bit steep and narrow.

Villa Talia is a lovely villa where you can enjoy the view, the mountains and the many opportunities that the area offers.

Prices are incl.:

Gas, water, towels, bed linen, wifi and final cleaning.

Pool season:

The pool is open between 01.04 - 31.10

To be paid locally and directly to the owners:

Deposit: 500 euro (only by credit card).

Waste deposit: 100 euros (cash). This deposit is fully refundable if all waste has been sorted and disposed of correctly when the keys are returned. If the waste has not been disposed of correctly, a fee of 50 euros will be charged. If all waste is left unsorted or not disposed of properly, the full 100 euros will be retained.

Electricity: 15 euro per day (mandatory)

Baby cot: 60 euro per cot per week.

High chair: 45 euro per chair per week.

Linen and towel change: 15 euro per person.

Extra cleaning: 22 euro per hour.

Heating: 25 euro per day (only used in the cold months).

The roas to the villa is small, steep and is particularly made of dirt.

Pets are allowed on request: 50 euro per pet.

NB - Tourist tax:

There is a tourist tax, which is a small amount to be paid directly at the country house on arrival. The tourist tax is 1 euro per person per overnight stay (except children under 10 years).
