This lovely villa near Bra is perfect for a relaxing family holiday for 4 people

Villa Gaia is located just 7 km from the cozy slow food town of Bra and can accommodate 4 people - the perfect villa for a family looking for privacy and all comforts during their holiday!

The villa, which is beautifully built in local stone and very tastefully decorated, is set on a large fenced plot, surrounded by a lovely large garden, where there is also a big pool.

Villa Gaia is spread over two floors and you enter a large, modern and well-equipped kitchen, which also has a dining table and chairs. From the kitchen there is a connection to a large living room from with large panoramic windows overlooking the garden and the pool area. Here is a sofa group, fireplace and TV. Next to the kitchen is a large guest toilet. From the living room there is a staircase up to the first floor where you enter a large bedroom with balcony and garden view. There is also a bathroom. From the bedroom there is a sliding door that leads into a second and smaller bedroom, perfect for children or teenagers. This rooms also has a private bathroom. From the room there is access to a private terrace overlooking the pool. This room also has its own entrance from an outside staircase between the room and the garden, so it is possible to close the connection between these two rooms and have two separate rooms.

Outside the kitchen at the entrance to the house is a large terrace with dining table and chairs. Next to this terrace, there is another covered terrace with lounge area to relax, read a book or just enjoy the poolview. There is also a table tennis.

A few steps further down the garden is the large saltwater pool (12 x 6 meters land and wide and 1.50 meters deep), which will guarantee many hours of playing in the pool. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and parasols and there is sun all day.

The nearest small town is Bandito, which is about 2 km from the villa, here you will find a few restaurants and post office, while Bra, which is small 7 km away is worth a visit with the cozy center, many restaurants, supermarkets and not least Slow food university in the small suburb of Pollenzo.

Please note that the last 300 meters up to Villa Gaia, you turn off the main road and drive on a dirt road along a fabbric. From the main road there may be some traffic noise.
