Villa Gaia is located just 7 km from the charming Slow Food town of Bra and accommodates 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is the perfect villa for a family looking for privacy, comfort, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday.
Beautifully built using local stone and tastefully furnished, Villa Gaia is situated on a large fenced property surrounded by a spacious private garden with a swimming pool.
The peaceful setting provides plenty of privacy, while the surrounding area offers easy access to charming towns, local restaurants, and authentic Piedmont experiences.
Interior of the Villa
Villa Gaia is spread over two floors. Upon entering, you will find a large, modern, and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs. From the kitchen, there is access to a spacious living room with large panoramic windows overlooking the garden and pool area.
The living room features a comfortable sofa area, fireplace, and TV, creating a cosy space for relaxing after a day of exploring. Next to the kitchen, there is also a large guest bathroom.
A staircase from the living room leads to the first floor, where you will find a spacious main bedroom with a balcony and beautiful views over the garden. This bedroom also has its own bathroom.
From the main bedroom, a sliding door leads to a second, smaller bedroom, which is ideal for children or teenagers. This room also has its own bathroom and access to a private terrace overlooking the pool. The room can also be accessed separately via an external staircase between the bedroom and the garden, making it possible to create two independent sleeping areas.
Outdoor Area
Outside the kitchen, near the entrance of the house, there is a large terrace with a dining table and chairs — the perfect place for enjoying meals outdoors.
Next to this terrace, you will find another covered terrace with comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing with a good book or enjoying a quiet game of cards. There is also a table tennis table available for guests.
A few steps further down into the garden, you will discover the large saltwater swimming pool (12 x 6 metres, depth 1.50 metres). The pool is perfect for both children and anyone who loves spending time in the water, offering plenty of opportunities for swimming, playing, and relaxing.
The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and parasols and enjoys sunshine throughout the day.
The Local Area
The nearest small town is Bandito, located approximately 2 km from the villa, where you will find a few restaurants and a post office.
The charming town of Bra, just under 7 km away, is well worth a visit. Here you can explore the lovely town centre, enjoy local restaurants, shop at supermarkets, and visit the famous University of Gastronomic Sciences in the nearby village of Pollenzo, known as the birthplace of the Slow Food movement.
Please note that the final 300 metres to Villa Gaia require driving from the main road onto a gravel road alongside a factory. There may occasionally be some traffic noise from the main road when staying at the villa.
