The interior of the villa

On the ground floor you will find a large open space, where the kitchen, dining room and living room are in open connection with each other. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace and pool area, so it is easy to enjoy meals outdoors and the view of the nature around the villa. In addition, the ground floor contains 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and one room has its own access to its own terrace. From the living room there are a few steps up to another room with two single beds and an en suite bathroom.

The villa's surroundings

The villa is surrounded by nature, where the trees help to provide shade during the hot days. The pool is an infinity pool, which gives the feeling that it continues indefinitely. It measures 10 x 3.4 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 1.70 meters. By the pool there are sun loungers that invite you to laze around the pool. You live in the middle of nature and have no neighbors - so you have your own paradise in mountainous surroundings.

The area you live in

The villa is only 3 km from the sea, and you have 7 km to the nearest town where you can also shop.

A few kilometers (about 15 min. drive) inland from the mountains is Castelbuono, which is a cozy town with restaurants, a church and historical sights.
