Podere La Quiete is a carefully renovated villa located in the hills surrounded by olive trees, near Lucca. You will stay in complete privacy with no immediate neighbors and enjoy a fantastic panoramic view. The property includes a private pool and several large terraces where you can take in the beautiful surroundings.

The villa boasts a large swimming pool (5 x 8 m - depth 1.50 m, with a ladder) with plenty of sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The pool is conveniently located close to the house, making it easily accessible. The house is surrounded by a spacious and lush garden filled with many flowers, shrubs, and trees.

From the house, you can enjoy a walk along the paths through the beautiful olive groves, which lead to a nearby small town. Although the villa is situated in the countryside, a slightly larger town with all necessary facilities, including supermarkets, restaurants, weekly markets, and a monthly antique market, is just a few minutes' drive away. The larger and picturesque town of Lucca is only a 20-minute drive. Pisa, Florence, and the beach are ideal day trips from the villa.

The main house consists of an entrance leading to a cozy dining room with a dining table, fireplace, and TV. Next to it is an open kitchen, fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the ground floor. The staircase leads up to the first floor, where a sofa bed is placed on the landing. At the end of the corridor, there is access to a terrace with views of the swimming pool and the surrounding landscape. The first floor has two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate.

The owners offer day trips on their boat LIDA, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It's a fantastic experience for the whole family, with opportunities for swimming and trips to places such as Isola d'Elba, La Grotta Di Byron, Le Cinque Terre, or something else entirely.

Private parking is available on the property.

The last 500 meters of the road to the villa is on a gravel path, but it is well-maintained and easy to drive on.
