Here, you will stay in cozy surroundings in the heart of the Chianti area. If wine is on your holiday wishlist, you can definitely check this place off.

From June to August, free wine tastings are held weekly, contingent on a minimum number of participants, so inquire on-site. For the other months, it must be booked in advance, and there is a cost associated.

If you want to cook authentic Italian cuisine yourself, you can book a cooking class with a real Italian chef who lives near the holiday resort.

Despite being in the countryside, allowing you to enjoy the Tuscan hills, green shades, and authentic atmosphere, you're only about 15 km away from the beautiful, iconic, and historic city of Florence – a city I personally enjoy visiting.

From June to August, a weekly pizza night is held outside, where you can enjoy 'all you can eat' pizza. However, it depends on the weather and a minimum number of participants. This can be booked at the reception.

"You are only 1.5 km away from the nearest town, Rignano sull'Arno, where you can find restaurants, some shops, and a Coop for grocery shopping to cook in the apartment. There, you will also find a pharmacy, a hospital, a bank, a post office, and a train station with trains to and from Florence."

Fattoria Pagnana was purchased back in 1965 by brothers Roberto and Carlo, as they wanted to invest in land. From then on, they dedicated themselves to taking care of, developing, and transforming, always with respect for the land, nature, and surroundings. The passion the brothers displayed is tangible at the place. They take good care of things, and the love for the place, nature, and their wine and oil is highly valued by the family. In the high season, they share some of this passion with all of you who visit them, inviting everyone for a tour in the wine cellar to taste their wines and learn about the way they produce and work with the grapes.

The resort consists of 2 buildings: Borgo and Loggiato, where the apartments are located inside.

In addition to enjoying the beautiful surroundings from the terrace, taking a short walk, or playing on the grass with the children, you can also stroll down to the pool (6 x 12 meters / 1,2 - 2,5 meters deep), where parasols and sun loungers await you for a refreshing break after the sun has warmed everything up around you.

If you feel you haven't sweated enough and want to stay in shape even though you're on vacation, you can head over to the tennis court and challenge each other. Furthermore, there is an opportunity to rent electric bikes, where you can also rent a child seat. It is also possible to book guided tours in the beautiful nature.

If you feel like having a massage, it is possible to have a professional masseur come to your apartment. An appointment needs to be booked.

If you're into nature and animals, you should visit Crazy Horse, located 4 km from your accommodation. Here, you can join guided horseback rides in nature. There's also an opportunity for the children to ride ponies. 

The apartments vary in size and are located on the 1st floor, ground floor, and some are split into 2 levels. All the apartments are types, and therefore, the pictures in the galleries below are a mix of all the apartments.
